Chattanooga Vendor Application

$150 + $3.00 service fee*

Please use the attached application form to apply to be a vendor at BadCon Chattanooga. Information collected will be used to ensure fair and appropriate competition in getting spaces at the event. Completing an application form does not guarantee a space. A trader space is priced at $150.00 + $3.00 service fee per 6’ table and two chairs. Payment is via PayPal. All payments must be received upon confirmation of your space. If not paid within seven (7) days, BadCon LLC. reserves the right to cancel your space. All vendors are required to provide proof of liability insurance, any appropriate licences, and permissions required to sell any intellectual property. BadCon LLC. is not responsible for any liability related to any kind of malpractice, copyright infringement or other claim related to vendors, except where it’s as a result of a failure on BadCon’s part. It is a requirement of vendors to follow the instructions of BadCon LLC. management during the event set up and day of the event.  This form should not be used by food vendors.
